Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated HIM Epic Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting and leading initiative teams in driving improvements for our clients through data analytics and operational process improvement. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities

• Experienced consultant and leader focused on developing strategies to solve complex operational problems for our healthcare clients
• Leader of change management by guiding the client through adopting new functionality, transitioning to standardize workflows and participating in the coordination and communication of operational changes
• Strong analytical skills to conceive complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams
• Thorough knowledge of the Revenue Cycle with the ability to obtain and/or sustain optimal performance by identifying, validating and mitigating downstream impacts to HIM processes
• Prioritize client relationships and effectively lead cross-functional teams towards achieving HIM project objectives and deliverables
• Have a growth mindset and are prepared to expand and develop your talents with this rapidly growing team
  

Qualifications
Education and Experience

• Educational Requirement: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Certifications/Licenses: Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Coding Credentialed.
  

Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated Health Information Management (HIM) operational and Coding subject matter expert skilled in leveraging the Epic to support best practice standards and optimize workflows
• Knowledgeable in HIPAA, federal and state regulations to ensure compliance is met and upheld
  

Additional Information

• Travel: Able to travel 80% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the US.
  

At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $91,000-$210,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
