Impact Advisors is seeking a dynamic and motivated Revenue Cycle Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving healthcare and enhancing patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to client success while making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to client stakeholders on best practices in revenue cycle management and process improvement.
• Designer and lead executor of data analytics. You conceive new data analysis methods, coach colleagues on method and execution, draw insights from complex datasets and create strategic narratives for senior management teams
• Prioritize client relationships to help effectively guide hospitals towards effective outcomes.
• Have a growth mindset and are prepared to expand and develop your talents with this rapidly growing team
  

Qualifications
Education / Requirements

• Educational Requirement: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Authorized to work in the US
  

Skills And Competencies

• Experienced consultant leader that uses their deep understanding of front, back, and middle revenue cycle to develop strategies to solve complex operational problems
• Experience in processes and financial performance improvements in revenue cycle operations. Understanding of key metrics, productivity, and quality.
  

Additional Information

• Travel: Able to travel 80% of the time.
  

At Impact Advisors, we prioritize transparency and equity in our compensation practices. This role has a salary range of $91,000-$210,000 and may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. This range accounts for various factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
