Regeneron is seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support Regeneron’s R&D (Research and Preclinical Development). This role will report to the Director, HR Business Partner and is based at our Global HQ in Tarrytown, NY with a minimum of 4 days onsite required – not open to fully remote or hybrid work.
As an HRBP you will develop solutions to solve business challenges and increase our ability to deliver on our mission – utilizing science to bring new medicines to patients. You will partner with other HRBPs, COE functions and key stakeholders to provide support and counseling on organizational and people related issues. Responsibilities include talent acquisition & planning, onboarding and development, employee engagement, culture, performance management, and change management to promote and maintain REGN’s high‑performance culture, the Regeneron Way.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HRBP Leadership to identify and plan key HR work for the business functions.
- Work with managers and employees to solve employee relations and people related challenges, partnering with internal HR specialists.
- Handle conflicts, investigations and employee grievances.
- Coach managers and employees, helping them understand options and demonstrate the Regeneron Way.
- Participate in interviews for key positions and contribute to hiring decisions.
- Support onboarding of new managers and facilitate a successful onboarding experience.
- Identify needs within client areas and partner with the OD Consulting team to craft solutions (e.g., team building).
- Partner with Total Rewards to define new roles and identify external comparable/market value of positions.
- Support year‑end performance calibrations and year‑end compensation in Workday.
- Provide ad‑hoc project support (e.g., career ladders, re‑organization projects).

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or HR related discipline. Advanced degrees such as MBA, Master’s in OD/IO or Human Resources preferred. Minimum of 7‑9 years HR experience, with experience in pharma/biopharma/biotech or manufacturing highly preferred.
Salary Range (annually)
$114,800.00 – $187,400.00
