Job Details

  • Experience with support engagements covering Oracle Fusion SaaS Cloud finance and P2P modules, Integration Cloud, OTBI Reports.
  • Minimum of 2 large support engagements in Oracle finance cloud.
  • Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud and EBS finance modules like GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Tax & SLA Support (AMS Process).
  • Manage end-to-end service operations for Oracle finance solutions, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle GL, AR, AP Modules in both Cloud and EBS.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
  • Experience in incident, problem, change management, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Ability to articulate and deliver projects, work with diverse teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Handle tickets including incidents and service requests, ensure SLA adherence, perform root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams and business users to resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share insights and findings.
  • Review business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  • Evaluate business requirements and develop solutions for process improvements.
  • Proactively identify repetitive issues and suggest permanent fixes.
  • Work with offshore and nearshore teams to meet commitments.

Must Have Skills

  • Support experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS Cloud finance and P2P modules, Integration Cloud, OTBI Reports.
  • At least 2 large support engagements in Oracle finance cloud.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud and EBS finance modules like GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash Management, Tax & SLA Support.
  • Experience managing service operations, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
  • Strong customer management skills.
  • Experience in project delivery and working with large teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Details

Salary Range: $93,700 - $130,000 per year.
