Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Attorney. The role involves litigating cases, including drafting motions, preparing for and attending trials, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court. The position offers flexibility through a mix of in-office work and some remote work opportunities. The attorney will collaborate with clients and colleagues to achieve favorable outcomes on complex legal matters.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, including knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Experience with Motions and drafting effective legal documents
- Familiarity with Court proceedings and courtroom etiquette
- Capabilities in Trials and presenting cases before judges and juries
- Experience conducting Depositions and gathering testimony
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- License to practice law in California
- Experience in high-stakes or complex litigation is a plus
