We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of hands‑on expertise in Salesforce application development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical proficiency across Salesforce CRM, Apex, Lightning Development, and Agentforce. This role requires deep experience in Agile/SAFe environments, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to collaborate with global onshore/offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Implement and customize Workflows, Approvals, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Email Templates, Dashboards , and Package Installations .
- Build advanced and reusable UI components using Lightning Web Components and integrate them with backend Apex logic.
- Develop complex automation solutions and integrations using Apex and Salesforce APIs.
Agentforce & AI Agent Development
- Build, configure, and deploy Agentforce AI agents aligned with business use cases.
- Customize AI‑driven workflows, agent actions, and integrations to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Data Management & Administration
- Perform data loads, transformations, and migrations using Apex Data Loader and other ETL tools.
- Manage Roles, Profiles, and Permission Sets , and ensure robust data governance and security models.
- Manage AppExchange installations, configurations, and ongoing support.
Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and product managers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and mentor junior developers.
- Work in Agile/SAFe methodology to deliver iterative enhancements.
- Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams , ensuring seamless communication and hand‑offs.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and product demos.
