Base pay range: $150,000 – $200,000 per year

Job Details
The firm is looking to bring on a talented Labor & Employment Attorney experienced on the plaintiff side working wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, ERISA, wage & hour, whistleblower, and 401(k) law cases.
Responsibilities
- Document drafting such as complaints and discovery
- Conduct research
- Case management
- Client representation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Labor & Employment Law
- Wage and hour experience required; preference for class‑action experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- California Bar License required
