What to Expect Join Tesla's Megapack Sales Team to support the exponential growth of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) business, a cornerstone of Tesla's mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. In this dynamic role, you will ensure data integrity, deliver critical analytics and reporting, and drive key team goals by managing pipeline data, forecasting, process optimization, and systems oversight. Reporting directly to the Head of Megapack Sales, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and support external sales activities in a fast‑paced, innovative environment focused on utility‑scale BESS deployments for utilities, independent power producers, and renewable developers.

What You'll Do

Contribute to the success of the utility energy storage sales team through effective pipeline management, process optimization, and internal coordination

Manage and maintain the sales pipeline to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities, deal progression, and forecasting for sales planning

Uphold data integrity across CRM and internal sales systems by identifying and resolving discrepancies for a reliable pipeline

Develop and maintain a comprehensive content library and databases for formal proposal responses

Support proposal generation processes by collaborating with stakeholders to meet deadlines and maintain submission quality

Proactively manage system enhancements, report issues, and handle feature requests to improve functionality and user experience

Partner with support organizations to streamline workflows and generate accurate, compelling quotes for customer projects

What You'll Bring

At least 2-3 years of work experience in the renewable energy space or power sector

Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Strong proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools

Demonstrated ability to manage data integrity and deliver accurate reporting

Experience in process optimization and cross‑functional collaboration

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment

Familiarity with utility‑scale energy storage or renewable energy projects

Expected Compensation $92,000 - $138,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
