Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic Director
Location:
Stamford, CT
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday
Compensation:
Up to $100,000/year (pending experience)
Incentives:

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center is actively seeking a physical therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an outpatient center manager. In this role, you will oversee our outpatient orthopedic therapy team, providing preventative and rehab services that maximize functionality and promote the well‑being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the outpatient orthopedic therapy team.
Provide preventative and rehabilitation services that maximize functionality.
Uphold executive decisions and represent the center to physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Help grow and manage physician relationships and patient portfolios.
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and PTAs.
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
CPR certification.
Experience leading a physical therapy practice is preferred.
