Physical Therapist – Outpatient Center Manager
Location:
NovaCare Capitol Hill (Washington, D.C.)
Compensation:
Starting at $95,000
Incentives:
Up to $20,000 sign‑on bonus and/or indefinite student loan assistance

Our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy center in Washington, D.C. is actively seeking an experienced physical therapist to lead and provide outstanding patient care as an
Outpatient Center Manager . This is a treating leadership role open to physical therapists with at least two years of outpatient orthopedic experience. Previous management experience not required; our Leadership Development Program will ensure your success.
Schedule:
Full‑time with some evenings until 6:30 PM. The last patient is scheduled one hour prior.
Key Responsibilities:
Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Help grow and manage our center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios
Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
Participate in industry‑leading continuing education opportunities
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
Valid State Physical Therapist License required to start
CPR Certification
Minimum two years of outpatient orthopedic clinical experience
