We are expanding nationwide in 2025 and are looking for aggressive, smart, educated, and promotable technical sales managers to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Sell water treatment boiler and cooling tower chemicals to a variety of industrial customers in the Washington, DC based territory.
Maintain the existing customer base and make cold calls to develop new business.
Work alongside friendly, veteran salespeople.
Compensation & Benefits
$90,000 to $130,000+ first year for a qualified candidate, based on experience and performance.
Unlimited, no‑cap flat‑rate commission plan (top Territory Sales Managers make six‑figure commissions).
Car allowance of $675 per month.
Corporate 401(k), health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
Technical support and ongoing training.
Expenses reimbursements.

Requirements
Minimum of a four‑year technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Biology, or Mechanical Engineering. Advanced degrees preferred.
At least one‑year technical sales experience related to water treatment chemicals.
Experience selling to a variety of industrial customers is preferred.
Knowledge of the Baltimore, Maryland & Washington, DC area industrial marketplace is preferred.
