Care Manager (DC CNA/HHA) - Grand Oaks Assisted Living
Position Details
24 hours/week; Limited Benefit Status
Rotating Schedule; 8-hour shifts
Weekend work required
Located on the campus of Sibley Memorial Hospital, Grand Oaks senior living community is a tasteful, Georgian-style residence community designed to combine comfortable surroundings, personalized assistance, 24-hour support, and a full range of services and activities to meet the needs of each resident. As a Care Manager (CNA) on our team, you have the opportunity to be an active member of the care team by helping our patients with their ADL's while also providing compassion and support to our population of patients in memory care.

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED is required
Current license as CNA or HHA in the District of Columbia
Must be at least 18 years of age
We welcome CNA’s with all levels of experience
Salary Range Minimum 18.39/hour - Maximum 28.51/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
