Job Description
Manage cases day-to-day: document control, calendaring, deadlines, and coordination with local counsel
Prepare and organize litigation materials: charts, letters, forms, exhibit binders, and case files
Support depositions: records review, deposition summaries, and attorney prep
Assist with hearings and key filings, including trial and hearing preparation
Handle document production and discovery support (requests, responses, coordination)
Draft discovery documents and track responses, deficiencies, and follow-ups
Request and manage records, including medical and other key case records
Qualifications
2+ years
experience as a litigation paralegal (toxic tort strongly preferred)
Paralegal certificate
or
equivalent hands-on experience
Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency with
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable in a fast-moving environment supporting multiple matters at once
