Role Overview The Head of Partnerships, Ecosystem & Affiliates owns the design, launch, and scaling of Bizee’s partner monetization and affiliate growth platform. This is not a traditional business development or relationship‑only role; you will build the strategy, operating model, economics, and execution engine that turns partners and affiliates into a repeatable, measurable growth lever increasing ARR per customer, improving Net Revenue Retention, and expanding lifetime value.
Responsibilities
End‑to‑end partner ecosystem and affiliate channel strategy, including partner‑and‑affiliate‑sourced ARR, expansion and retention impact driven by partner and affiliate attach.
Design and scale partner categories such as horizontal SMB software and services, vertical‑specific solutions, core business services (banking, payroll, accounting, hiring, IT, marketing), and AI and automation partners.
Build affiliate and referral programs including content creators, SMB communities, agencies, and platform and software affiliates.
Define partner and affiliate monetization models—revenue share, bundles, embedded offers, and commissions.
Design partner and affiliate ecosystem aligned to the SMB lifecycle, define segmentation, tiers, and governance, and create repeatable, scalable economics.
Launch a scalable affiliate and referral program, set commission structures aligned to LTV, retention, and payback, and recruit, onboard, and activate high‑performing affiliates.
Own affiliate performance metrics: conversion, CAC efficiency, LTV quality, and incrementality.
Increase ARR per customer through partner and affiliate attach and improve Net Revenue Retention via embedded partner value and affiliate‑driven bundles.
Partner with Sales, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to convert transactional demand into multi‑product stacks and optimize affiliate flows.
Collaborate with Product on marketplace UX, APIs, and embedded partner experiences; inform platform roadmap priorities and ensure native feel.
Partner with RevOps and Finance to implement attribution, routing, and reporting; define rules for attribution windows, channel conflicts, and incrementality; build dashboards of partner‑ and affiliate‑driven ARR, NRR, and LTV; continuously refine strategy.
Qualifications
8‑12+ years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem, affiliate, platform BD, or strategic growth roles.
Proven experience building partner ecosystems and/or affiliate programs at scale.
Strong understanding of SMB software stacks and business services.
Experience structuring revenue‑sharing, bundled, embedded, and affiliate monetization models.
Data‑driven mindset with focus on ARR, NRR, LTV, and payback.
Comfort operating cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Finance.
Builder mentality comfortable starting from zero and scaling systems.
