The Role The Talent Acquisition Partner is a key driver of organizational success in our fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment. This role is best suited for someone with strong recruiting experience and a passion for building top‑performing teams, along with an interest in strategic talent planning. As a trusted advisor, the Talent Acquisition Partner will work closely with leaders to attract, hire, and retain exceptional talent across all levels of the organization. In addition to leading full‑cycle recruiting, this role will also contribute to early efforts in learning and development—helping to identify growth opportunities, support career development, and lay the groundwork for future succession planning.

The Work

Lead full‑cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, managing offers, and negotiating, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

Partner with leaders to define talent needs, understand culture, and design recruiting strategies aligned with workforce priorities.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support immediate and future business needs.

Identify and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, direct outreach, and university partnerships.

Apply data‑driven insights to optimize sourcing, track hiring metrics, and measure recruiting ROI.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and industry regulations.

Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers using candidate data, market trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with HR and leadership to support learning and development initiatives such as interview training, career growth programs, and succession planning.

Maintain an active onsite presence (minimum two days per week) to build relationships and strengthen organizational understanding.

Contribute to HR and company‑wide initiatives, including referral programs and cross‑functional projects.

Your Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR business partner roles, preferably within financial services.

Full‑cycle recruitment expertise, including proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, social media sourcing, and a strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.

The Pay

Salary for this role is $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 20% bonus.

The Work Environment

This role is on‑site two days a week in our Encino office to foster connection, collaboration, and visibility across the organization.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week; must be available for occasional overtime.

Some nights and weekends required.
