Job Description We're seeking an experienced Process Engineer, Wet Etch to sustain, improve, and develop wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time, improve process capabilities, and drive quality and reliability.

This Job Is For You If

Sustain and improve wet etch processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Monitor and control wet etch processes, troubleshoot yield problems, and develop process enhancements

Implement new processes to address quality and bottleneck situations

Install and qualify new tools and process technologies

Support process and technology transfers, and participate in troubleshooting taskforces

Lead task teams and small to medium projects, and support the Integration team and Quality organization

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field

Minimum 3 years of wet etch process engineering experience in fast paced manufacturing environment

Demonstrated knowledge of wet etch principles, theories, concepts, and techniques

Expertise with Akrion, DNS, SEZ, and/or Semitool wet etch tools and processes

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize shifting business needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a global team environment

Experience with design of experiment techniques, data analysis, and statistical analysis software (e.g., JMP)

Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred

Six sigma certification preferred

Knowledge of PROMIS WIP management and JMP statistical analysis software preferred

Experience with lean manufacturing and six sigma processes preferred

Compensation Range $90,000 -$153,000
