Role Description
This is a full-time role for a sales director, situated in Waukesha, WI. The Sales Director will oversee sales operations, build and maintain customer relationships, develop and implement sales strategies, and manage a sales team.
Key responsibilities include supporting corporate Initiatives for a strong business development strategy to grow market share in the industrial tool workspace, including but not limited to assembly products, automation group and material handling products while collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
As sales director you will motivate and coach a direct sales force, while maintaining and growing several key targeted direct accounts.
Direct Responsibilities & Expectations
Comprehensive understanding of all products, services and markets we serve
Performance management - Manage & motivate our sales personnel team
Good conflict management skills
Project quoting
Work with and support suppliers for all marketing, sales promotions & sales reporting efforts
Collaborate closely with customer service & engineering departments
Reporting & analyzing sales data / forecasting
Sales awards trip development for top performers
Pay Scale
Salary + Bonus Target Growth Plan
Direct Commission on Limited Direct Accounts
Qualifications
Experience in sales and sales operations
Strong customer service skills
Proven ability in team management
Proficiency in business development
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience in the warehousing or logistics industry is a plus
