Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
FinAdvantage is seeking
Certified Public Accountants (CPAs)
to strengthen client support in key markets (Chicago/Wisconsin, Dallas, New Jersey, and the San Francisco Bay Area). These roles are hands‑on and client‑facing, combining technical expertise with business advisory. CPAs will serve as trusted partners to our clients while driving growth in existing accounts and incubating new markets.
Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality client advisory, accounting, and tax services across CAS, advisory, and tax domains.
Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Growth & Business Development
Drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within the existing client portfolio (50–60% of focus).
Support new business development efforts (15–20% of focus), including networking, referrals, and proposal support.
Contribute to FinAdvantage’s presence in local markets by establishing credibility and visibility with clients.
Collaboration & Delivery Excellence
Partner with FinAdvantage’s offshore delivery teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality service execution.
Share insights on client trends and service gaps, helping evolve FinAdvantage’s service offerings.
Uphold strong quality assurance and compliance standards.
Qualifications
Active
CPA license
required.
5–6 years
of progressive experience in accounting, CAS, advisory, or tax services.
Background in a
Big 4, Top 10, or larger mid‑size CPA firm
strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results in fast‑paced environments.
Hands‑on approach with a strong client service orientation.
Business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert client opportunities.
