Base pay range $238,500 / yr – $334,000 / yr

This role is available in Seattle or San Francisco and requires three in‑office days a week.

Role Overview Enterprise Alliances is focused on building enduring, strategic partnerships with the world’s leading technology and e‑commerce companies. The Director, Enterprise Alliances will manage a portfolio of high‑impact partnerships, owning strategy and execution, driving joint initiatives, business development, and account management to deliver measurable business results.

In This Role, You Will

Develop and execute partnership strategies with assigned technology partners.

Lead joint strategy planning, account mapping, initiative creation, and management.

Build and nurture senior‑level relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.

Identify, negotiate, and contract new business opportunities and initiatives.

Manage ongoing partnership performance, ensuring measurable results.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders (business, product, tech, analytics, finance).

Monitor industry trends and proactively identify new partnership opportunities.

Represent Expedia Group externally, including at partner meetings and industry events (travel required ~25%).

Experience And Qualifications

Proven experience managing strategic partnerships in the technology sector; experience with AI or travel is a plus.

Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and negotiating complex deals.

Strong strategic thinking and business acumen; able to translate vision into actionable plans.

Highly proactive, accountable, and able to operate with limited direction and high ownership.

Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and influencing skills at all levels.

Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively across functions and cultures.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $238,500 to $334,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $381,500, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance. The total cash range for this position in San Francisco is $253,500 to $355,000, with potential pay up to $405,500.
