- Perform data entry and management of technical records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate shipping and return of computers, storage devices, and other technical equipment.
- Support the technician with basic IT tasks, troubleshooting, and system organization.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a technical focus.
- Strong technical aptitude, with familiarity in IT support, computer hardware, or data recovery processes.
