- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and internal documentation
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and calendar management
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate records and support office operations as needed
- Handle general office duties and assist team members as required
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (business-level verbal and written communication)
- Minimum 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, and support senior leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or project-management tools
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to perform under tight deadlines
