Description We are looking for a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to support our team in Sunnyvale, California. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing vital administrative support across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to both Support Services in the morning and Account Services in the afternoon.
- Manage account-related tasks including opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Deliver exceptional service to members by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word to perform daily tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure seamless operations.
- Handle multiple responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Support various administrative functions to streamline workflows and enhance department efficiency. Requirements - Minimum of two years of experience in new accounts, account maintenance, and understanding of related regulations, preferably with at least one year in a financial institution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent education and experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under limited supervision.
