Are you detail-driven, customer-focused, and energized by solving complex account challenges? Join our team as a Specialty Accounts Case Manager , where you'll play a vital role in ensuring accurate material ownership, smooth distributor bookings, and proper commission flow-supporting our Medical & Scientific Affairs, distributors, and consignment business.
What You'll Do
Manage donation orders, returns, replacements, repairs, and CTI facility orders
Create and maintain customer accounts and ship-to addresses in SAP
Ensure data accuracy by preventing duplicate customer records
Review and fulfill consignment agreements and booking corrections
Partner cross-functionally with Pricing, Accounting, Contracts, Corporate Accounts, and Medical & Scientific Affairs
Analyze transaction data, generate reports, and identify improvement opportunities
Support distributor tracing, commissions adjustments, and ad hoc requests
Provide backup support to the Special Processes Case Manager
What You Bring
4+ years in customer service, call center, or account management
Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and critical-thinking skills
Comfort using office systems and standard computer applications
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years working with customer/master data; SAP MM experience a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
