About the Team The In‑Store Strategic Sales team is amplifying SevenRooms’ mission to redefine and reshape the hospitality industry for restaurant operators worldwide. Our members are trusted advisors and expert relationship‑builders, approaching every conversation with potential clients in a consultative manner to identify business gaps and present the perfect solution. We are disrupting the current landscape, opening the door for hospitality operators to endless opportunities that come with owning guest relationships and streamlining operations.

About the Role We’re hiring an experienced Strategic Account Executive to drive new business across the hospitality industry. You will engage with international hotel brands and restaurants throughout North America, navigating complex matrixed organizations. Following DoorDash’s recent acquisition, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to demand our revolutionary guest‑experience platform.

Break into new logos within our largest customer segment of hotel and restaurant groups, focusing on acquisition and building strong partner relationships.

Create demand by articulating and educating prospects on our value proposition. Present products and services during in‑person and virtual demonstrations.

Be involved in all phases of the sales lifecycle: identifying and developing leads, client meetings, presentations, financial deal structuring, contract negotiation, and closing.

Build strong relationships with partners and advocate for client success as a trusted advisor.

Collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and more to deliver comprehensive solutions for enterprise clients.

We’re excited about you because…

You have 5+ years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.

You understand and/or have relationships within the hotel and hospitality industry, having sold complex platforms to mid‑market and enterprise customers.

You have superior presentation skills in both face‑to‑face and virtual settings and can navigate large enterprise organizations.

You have experience building and maintaining relationships with executive‑level stakeholders and structuring complex, multi‑year deals.

You are technologically savvy, adept at learning new tools, organized, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in Salesforce and RFP management tools.

Compensation Base salary is localized by work location. Additional compensation includes equity grants and sales commissions. Talk to your recruiter for more details.
