Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales
oversees a team of strategic sales professionals who focus on large Enterprise and Global accounts with over 1,000 employees, primarily Fortune 1000. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise, this role is accountable for developing and implementing a strategy that drives revenue and sales growth across these key accounts through T‑Mobile for Business products and solutions – Voice, Data, UCC, and IoT & Connected solutions – to achieve subscriber, revenue, and customer retention objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the Charge:
Empower and guide a high‑performing team of Enterprise Sales Client Partners, encouraging a collaborative and results‑oriented environment.
Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and implement winning sales strategies to increase revenue, achieve corporate objectives, and expand market share.
Building Relationships:
Cultivate positive relationships with key customers and decision‑makers (C‑suite, buying influencers) to secure long‑term partnerships.
Mentorship Matters:
Coach and mentor team members, nurturing their skills and driving peak performance.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Actively recruit top talent, build a strong sales team, and provide ongoing training to ensure continuous growth.
Customer‑Centric Focus:
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and leverage T‑Mobile’s innovative solutions to deliver impactful results.
Optimizing the Sales Funnel:
Prioritize business opportunities, craft effective sales strategies to drive growth, and ensure revenue targets are met with precision.
Expanding Our Reach:
Build high‑level relationships and develop strategic plans to expand our presence within the Enterprise & Global Accounts and MNCs segment.
Consultative Selling Expertise:
Employ a consultative approach to identify new sales opportunities and position T‑Mobile solutions to drive maximum value for enterprise customers.
Account Management Prowess:
Develop comprehensive strategies for existing accounts, leading sales cycles to fulfill long‑term client needs.
Cross‑functional Collaboration:
Work seamlessly with other departments to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Education
High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Compensation Total Target Cash Pay Range: $191,800 – $346,200 (inclusive of target incentives) Base Pay Range: $134,260 – $242,340
The actual starting pay within this range will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
