with experience in Assisted Living communities, who is committed to providing extraordinary care and support, will be the ideal candidate. If you have a fundamental belief that caring for our seniors is a privilege, then you are aligned with our values.
Job Requirements
2-5 years as an Executive Director in Assisted Living/Memory Care
Excellent knowledge of state regulations
Proven survey history
Excellent communication skills
Strong financial acumen
Exceptional leadership skills
If your state requires a license for this role, you must have a current license in good standing
