The Sr Product Manager is a visionary, strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder all rolled into a single dynamic package. At a high level this means identifying the intersection of customer problems/unmet needs (an opportunity), technical feasibility, business objectives, securing funding, and leading a cross‑functional team as well as key stakeholders to deliver against the opportunity.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data collection and analytics automation across our digital ecosystem (web, mobile, backend). The Sr Product Manager will define how AI, LLMs, and automation transform our analytics capabilities, streamlining event tagging, improving data governance, and enabling scalable, accurate insights. The role requires strong product management expertise, deep understanding of digital analytics, and the ability to align cross‑functional teams around a customer‑first, data‑driven strategy.

Job Responsibilities

Own the product strategy and roadmap for analytics automation and event telemetry, aligning data collection frameworks with business KPIs.

Define and prioritize requirements for AI/LLM‑driven workflows to automate analytics event specifications and validation for digital platforms (app/web).

Partner with engineering, data, and analytics teams to deliver scalable, cross‑platform event schemas and standards (web, app, SDKs, backend).

Evangelize automation‑first analytics practices, driving adoption across product and engineering teams.

Define success metrics and measure the impact of automated tagging and data governance initiatives.

Build strong partnerships with data analysts and engineers to ensure accurate, scalable, and consistent event tracking across billions of daily events.

Influence cross‑functional stakeholders by translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.

Continuously scan industry and AI/analytics trends, bringing innovation into the product strategy.

Support go‑to‑market activities by ensuring product, analytics, and leadership stakeholders have access to reliable data.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

7+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to data/analytics products.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Experience building or managing AI‑ or LLM‑powered products, including prompt design and automation workflows.

Strong understanding of digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Power BI) and telemetry standards.

Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and driving alignment across product, engineering, and data organizations.

Proven experience defining analytics event schemas and telemetry structures across web, mobile, and backend platforms, including translating business requirements into scalable event definitions, parameters, and metadata standards.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence executives and technical teams alike.

Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data to define priorities, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.

Familiarity with event schema design, QA, and governance frameworks for analytics data preferred.

Experience with SQL, Python is required.

Base Pay Base Pay Range: $121,600 - $219,400
