Sr Product Manager, Data Platform.
Leads product development for T-Mobile's unified data platform, creating tools and services that empower teams across all products to access, analyze, and act on data with confidence.
Works with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless data experiences that make complex data workflows simple and reliable.
Job Responsibilities
Owns product end to end for complex or cross‑platform solutions for products of the highest level of complexity and scope, or family of products.
This includes creating, managing, maintaining and communicating product vision and roadmap.
Own vision and strategy for data products and establish and socialize the product roadmap for data platform and analytics infrastructure.
Collaborate with data engineers and platform engineers to deliver features that enable teams to access and analyze data quickly and confidently.
Create product requirements, use cases, and user stories based on data user insights and platform scalability needs.
Work closely with internal data consumers and stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and transform requirements into technical deliverables.
Identify and prioritize new platform capabilities, reporting features, and data product opportunities.
Manage tradeoffs between platform performance, feature development, and technical debt while communicating recommendations to senior leadership.
Work with Engineering team to use predictive intelligence using ML models and AI‑powered analytics capabilities.
Drive adoption of unified data standards and best practices across all product teams.
Partners with business, internal/external stakeholders and Leadership to understand current customer experiences and identify areas of opportunity.
Communicates, influences, and sells ideas at VP level and below, regularly delivering product presentations.
Dives into data and builds value‑driven insights to drive business outcomes.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree (Required)
7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience. (Required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. (Required)
Consistent track record to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. (Required)
Strong technical foundation with ability to understand data architecture, APIs, and platform scalability challenges.
Experience building data platforms that serve multiple internal teams and scale across diverse use cases.
Understanding of modern data stack—including cloud data warehouses, transformation tools, and visualization platforms.
Naturally curious, enjoys discovering how data flows work and finding ways to improve data experiences.
Individuals with collaborative attitudes who love solving complex technical problems while keeping user needs front and center.
Experience with enterprise data governance, security, and compliance requirements preferred.
Experience with Databases, Datawarehouse (Snowflake) and knowledge in Azure Stack technology is preferred.
Past analytics or data engineering experience a plus.
Experience with data analysis, data science, building data products is required.
Experience building AI‑based products and understanding how AI technologies work is required.
Experience in Web and App Analytics tagging is a plus.
Licenses and Certifications
At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range Base Pay: $121,600 - $219,400 Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
