Associate Manager, Marketplaces – Danone Danone is looking for an experienced e‑commerce marketer to accelerate marketplace performance in a fully remote role.

Base pay range $92,000 – $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace, with potential expansion into other marketplaces.

Respond to all product notices and reviews.

Partner with the operations team to ensure fulfillment of all inventory needs for FBA while avoiding long‑term storage fees, nuisance, and chargebacks.

Monitor and maintain Brand Registry.

Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and marketplace vendors to ensure products are accurately priced and described.

Increase traffic through marketing tools and promotions.

Uncover and execute new initiatives that improve customer experience and overall business.

Proactively identify product, service, and marketplace issues and resolve them.

Track daily and weekly channel performance metrics and propose strategies to improve metrics.

Coordinate with brand teams to create promotional assets, test deals, and troubleshoot errors.

Review inventory reports to identify products needing special attention.

Assist the inventory team with demand planning and forecasting.

Conduct competitor research on pricing and sales strategies.

Explore and implement creative ideas for company growth.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest marketplace changes.

About You

Passionate about e‑commerce and marketplace marketing.

2–5 years of professional experience and 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.

Knowledge of digital marketing functions beyond merchandising, including marketing and analytics.

Proven ability to build strong relationships across functional areas.

Excellent written, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Quantitative and curious mindset.

Self‑starter, creative thinker, and problem solver.

Team player with strong communication skills, comfortable leading and engaging key stakeholders inside and outside the organization.

Demonstrated sense of priority, reliability, and flexibility.
