What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the design and development of AI solutions for Warehouse Management and Execution Systems (WMS/WES)
Collaborate with product team members to create secure and scalable software solutions
Write custom code for automation, infrastructure, and testing to ensure system reliability
Monitor production systems and respond to high-priority issues and outages
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in AI and software development
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Mastery of an object‑oriented programming language (preferably Java)
Minimum of 6 years of relevant software engineering experience, particularly in AI/ML or algorithmic systems
Strong experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and automation patterns
Proven experience implementing secure and high‑availability systems in production environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
6-8 years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or warehousing contexts
Mastery of Python and advanced machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Deep knowledge of edge computing and IoT protocols
Experience with CI/CD toolchains and automated deployment of ML models
Demonstrated leadership in cross-disciplinary teams and ability to communicate complex AI concepts
