Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of employment disputes, including risk assessment, development of litigation defense strategies, effective management of external legal counsel, and cross‑functional coordination on e‑discovery, fact‑finding, witness preparation, depositions, case management conferences, motion practice, arbitration or trial preparation and presentation.
Work with investigative teams to ensure thorough, privileged investigations of employment‑related matters and provide employment‑law advice and guidance.
Serve as a strong contributor on legal compliance matters relating to employment law issues.
Help build and manage internal processes and policies to efficiently and effectively manage the growing litigation caseload.
Work cross‑functionally to create, lead, or support training on global employment law issues as needed.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctorate from an ABA‑accredited law school (or foreign equivalent) with membership in good standing in a U.S. State Bar.
Extensive employment‑law experience in private practice and a corporate legal department, focusing on investigations and managing employment disputes and litigation matters.
Experience taking matters through trial or binding arbitration (a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling employment litigation matters in multiple jurisdictions through all stages of litigation, including trial, retaining and managing outside counsel, and representing multinational companies in complex disputes with outstanding outcomes.
Demonstrated judgment, personal integrity, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to collaborate as a team player with the Global Legal team and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including exceptional legal writing and the ability to craft persuasive, concise briefs.

Job Information Compensation: The base salary range for this position in the selected city is
$213,000 – $376,200
annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Base pay is part of a total package that may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
Benefits: Employees receive day‑one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; 10 paid sick days per year; and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
Eligibility: For Los Angeles County candidates – qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. For all other locations, applicants are assessed on their suitability for job duties and overall qualifications.
