Construction Project Manager, Engineering (GES) Senior‑level role leading complex, large‑scale construction projects across North America, focusing on strategic planning, team leadership, and program‑level direction from site selection through contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

Drive strategy and execution for multiple complex initiatives and standardize processes.

Lead portfolio of high‑value projects ($100M+), guiding scope development and launching new initiatives.

Manage planning, design, budgets, schedules, and continuous improvement across pre‑construction and construction phases.

Build and maintain program‑level standards, quality control frameworks, and risk management strategies.

Lead stakeholder engagement, building strategic partnerships with vendors and senior internal stakeholders.

Direct multi‑site teams, mentor junior PMs, and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration.

Oversee program budgets, portfolio forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience in construction, real‑estate development, or architecture/design.

Proven track record of delivering large‑scale projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.

Demonstrated leadership and team development experience.

Experience with estimating, contract administration, jurisdictional coordination, utility coordination, MEP systems, BIM, and sustainable building design (preferred).

50–60% travel required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
