Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver best‑in‑class products that drive positive employee experiences and increase employee productivity and wellbeing.

Help solve business challenges by identifying, designing, and implementing Google and other supported products/platforms.

Be accountable for review and appropriate deployment of new Google Workspace features and functions aligned with the GWS roadmap.

Be known for a client‑centric approach and delivery excellence.

Champion differentiated service models and outcomes for our customers.

Leverage offshore and near‑shore sales, solutions, and delivery capabilities to produce results.

Lead with a diverse mindset, EY values, and a strong focus on the development of those around you.

Partner with Risk, senior leaders, Crisis Program Management, and Business Relationship Management representatives to achieve strategic and operational targets across regions.

Work directly with Google to help steer their products to adapt to EY’s needs.

Collaborate with engineers and technical leads in the GWS and Microsoft/AvePoint space.

Test, implement, and transition new services or upgrades to existing core foundational services.

Provide input and drive service improvement from both technical and process perspectives.

Report on KPI statistics and gather data to complement service ownership.

Qualifications

Experience with GWS service/feature implementations and deployment across multiple sites and geographies.

Understanding of attribute management and synchronization from systems such as Talent, Active Directory, Azure AD, and other GWS services.

Ability to articulate the purpose of GWS in a business continuity planning environment.

Experience integrating internal infrastructures and processes with GWS cloud environments, including security and RBAC models.

Strong focus on risk management, legal, data privacy, security, and user experience related to GWS and other MS integrated products.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to gauge audiences ranging from technical to non‑technical.

Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills.

What We Offer You

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range of $116,300 to $217,500 in the U.S. (regional‑specific ranges provided) and additional benefits including medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off.

Hybrid work model with most client‑serving roles working together in person 40‑60% of the time.

Flexible vacation policy allowing you to determine vacation time based on personal circumstances, plus time off for EY paid holidays, seasonal breaks, personal/family care, and other leaves.
