The CNO provides 24/7 executive leadership for Acute Nursing Services (ED, Obstetrics), Surgery, Infusion, Cardiopulmonary, Infection Prevention, Employee Health, and Nursing Education. Active Oregon RN license Current BLS Specialty/leadership certification preferred Experience
3+ years management/supervision 5+ years clinical nursing Skills
Strong leadership, communication, data interpretation, and decision-making Knowledge of care delivery, regulations, and compliance Ability to lead teams, maintain confidentiality, and work flexible hours Computer literacy or willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time Pay: $142,700.00 - $185,600.00 per year Benefits
