Responsibilities:
Drive multiple myeloma CAR‑T brand choice within authorized treatment centers (ATCs) and community‑based accounts.
Competitive sell Arcellx products with deep knowledge of the multiple myeloma landscape.
Navigate complex account environments by identifying needs and collaborating with internal teams.
Integrate customer insights and analytical data to design and execute strategic account plans.
Share relevant account and HCP insights with cross‑functional partners.
Equip ATC staff with CAR‑T process training.
Operate in strict compliance with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications:
Master’s or bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of hematology/oncology therapeutic experience required.
Experience in cell therapy, immunotherapy, and/or multiple myeloma strongly preferred.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex, competitive areas.
Ability to manage large strategic accounts and navigate academic hospital systems.
Experience with new product launches in academic hospitals strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.
Rewards:
Base salary $180,000 – $230,000 per year, quarterly bonus, RSU grant. Benefits include 100% coverage for medical, dental, vision, unlimited vacation, 3‑day weekend every month, fully paid parental leave up to 6 months, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) employer contribution, and more.
