Requirements & Qualifications
2–4+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, retail, food & beverage, agritourism, theme parks, or entertainment venues
Proven experience leading teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and day-to-day supervision
Experience supporting high-volume, multi-faceted operations
Hands‑on leadership style with strong guest-facing presence
Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Comfortable working outdoors in variable environments and supporting seasonal business rhythms
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and regularly navigate large indoor and outdoor spaces
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full‑time on‑site availability
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods
Preferred Background & Skills
Exposure to labor management, scheduling, and operational metrics
Experience supporting operational playbooks, SOPs, or seasonal processes
Familiarity with safety standards, compliance, maintenance coordination, or vendor support
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in leading and developing a team focused on hospitality, safety, and guest engagement
Serve as a manager‑on‑duty, ensuring smooth daily operations across programming, food & beverage, retail, and attractions
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and labor oversight
Help maintain high standards for site safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness
Partner with vendors and internal teams to support operational needs
Reinforce company culture and a welcoming, family‑first atmosphere on property
Contribute to the execution and refinement of seasonal programs and operational processes
