Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of operational leadership in concepts that have multiple revenue streams
3+ years of food & beverage management experience, including full‑service bar and kitchen oversight
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and team success
Valid state alcohol‑server certification and ServSafe Manager certification required
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods
Experience with new restaurant openings preferred

Proven leadership and motivational abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident decision‑maker with strong problem‑solving instincts
Comfortable interacting with guests, team members, vendors, and partners at all levels
High standards for guest satisfaction and service quality

Skilled in multitasking, delegation, and managing multiple priorities under pressure
Holds self and team accountable to consistently deliver high performance
