Main Objectives of an Entry Level Manager

• Lead and support customer-facing sales representatives on the retail floor.

• Assist customers directly and model strong AT&T sales interactions.

• Help drive device and wireless plan sales toward daily and weekly targets.

• Coordinate retail floor activity and ensure efficient customer flow.
