Job Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) provides strategic and operational leadership across all clinical, administrative, and financial functions. This role is responsible for driving organizational growth, maintaining compliance with Medicaid and regulatory standards, and improving the overall efficiency and quality of care. The CEO will implement standardized systems, strengthen workforce engagement, and expand services through innovation and community partnerships. This position requires a results‑oriented leader who can balance compassionate, person‑centered care with operational excellence and sustainable business performance.

Education & Work Experience Requirements

5+ years in healthcare leadership, preferably in home health, ID/DD, or community‑based care settings.

Proven success leading Medicaid‑funded organizations in Ohio or comparable markets.

Deep understanding of Ohio Medicaid reimbursement, waiver programs (i.e. waiver dollar), and ID/DD regulatory frameworks.

Familiarity with ACHC or equivalent accreditation standards.
