As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function and is responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
+ Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
**May provide informal assistance such as technical mentorship and/or training to coworkers. Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair using the following:
+ General, Preventative, and Corrective Maintenance
+ Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
+ Minimum of one (1) year of job related experience (building/engineering operations)
+ CMMS & Microsoft Office (Outlook)
**In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
