Roles & Responsibilities Integrated GTM Campaign Execution

Campaign Orchestration: Execute the end-to-end delivery of global integrated campaigns. Translate high-level GTM strategies into actionable project plans, ensuring alignment across Content, Design, Digital, and Operations.

Launch Management: Monitor the operational aspect of major product launches and quarterly campaign themes. Ensure all assets—from landing pages to email sequences to paid ad creative—are compelling and delivered on time and on brand.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between Product Marketing (messaging), Field Marketing (regional activation), Event Marketing (Global), and Digital Marketing (always-on amplification). Ensure the campaign narrative is consistent across every touchpoint.

Operational Rigor & Calendar Management

Global Calendar Ownership: Own the Master Global Marketing Calendar, managing the schedule to ensure a balanced cadence of webinars, content drops, and events, actively preventing audience fatigue and internal scheduling conflicts.

Project Management: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana) to drive accountability, ensuring every stakeholder knows their deliverables and deadlines while maintaining strict adherence to workback schedules.

Audit campaign input: Ensure campaign owners are filling required data fields.

Performance Reporting & Analytics

Consolidated Reporting: Aggregate and consolidate results across all marketing channels (Digital, Field, Event, Partner). Provide a holistic view of campaign performance and drive pre-launch enablement and post-launch metric reviews.

ROI & Optimization: Monitor active campaigns against Demand Gen KPIs (MQLs, Pipeline Influenced, etc.) and provide weekly updates to leadership with real-time pivot recommendations.

BDR Enablement & Sales Alignment

BDR Education: Drive the “last mile” of campaign success by educating the Business Development Representative (BDR) team with context, talking points, and “Campaign Kits” needed for effective follow-up.

Feedback Loops: Establish regular feedback mechanisms with BDR and Sales leadership to assess lead quality and messaging resonance, ensuring marketing campaigns drive sales conversations.

Professional Expertise

5-7+ years experience in B2B Demand Generation or Campaign Management, preferably in SaaS/DevOps.

Operational Excellence: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-channel calendars and holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines.

Salesforce Ecosystem: Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and its unique market needs is a strong plus.

Collaborative Leadership: Natural connector who creates a “One Team” environment, thriving on bringing different teams together to solve problems and drive shared Demand Gen goals.

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (Campaign objects, lead statuses, reporting).

Experience with marketing automation platforms (Pardot or HubSpot) and how they power campaign flows.
