Highlights Of The Activities Director (Life Enrichment Director) Position:
Activity Director Certification (if required by state)
Planning, scheduling and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to residents’ needs and interests to promote physical, mental and social well‑being
Making the community a fun and engaging place to call home
Plans, coordinates, and conducts day‑to‑day programming within the community

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living offers benefits such as comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), flexible hours for better work‑life balance, employee assistance program.
