Job Overview The Transportation Partner is responsible for confirming transportation schedules, transporting residents to and from activities and errands, and maintaining company‑owned vehicles in safe and efficient working order.
Key Responsibilities
Confirm transportation schedule as designated by the Life Enrichment Director, to include date, time, type, locations, and directions.
Transport residents to and from activities and errands in safe, organized, and responsible fashion.
Maintain company‑owned vehicles in a safe and efficient working order; inform the Life Enrichment Director of any maintenance issues concerning the vehicles.

Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $16.00 to $22.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Pegasus Senior Living offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off (PTO), flexible hours for better work-life balance, and an employee assistance program. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
