Crystal Instruments is growing and looking for a
Production Engineer
to join our team. This role involves hands‑on assembling, testing, packaging, and shipping our vibration control and data acquisition systems to customers. You'll also help manage parts, vendors and production records to keep everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and solder electronic boards and hardware systems
Test and inspect products to ensure quality and performance
Package and prepare units for customer shipment
Maintain and update BOMs (Bills of Materials) and production records
Manage software license keys and configuration before shipping
Work with vendors for parts, cables, and assemblies
Track inventory, parts usage, and production status
Help improve production processes and documentation
Qualifications
Degree in
Electrical Engineering
Strong hands‑on skills in
electronics assembly and soldering
Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and hardware packaging
Organized and detail‑oriented with good documentation habits
Comfortable using test tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes
Strong communication and teamwork skills
$70k–$90k base salary (depending on experience)
