Join Our Hospitalist Team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates seeks full‑time NPs or PAs to join our Hospitalist team at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced providers to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, providing high‑quality care to hospitalized patients.
Position Overview The right candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, be able to work independently with the support of supervising physicians as needed, demonstrate leadership capabilities, and collaborate effectively with all members of the care team.
The ideal candidate will:
Work independently with access to supervising physicians when needed
Demonstrate strong multitasking skills
Exhibit leadership qualities
Collaborate effectively with all members of the care team

7 on – 7 off scheduling
Requirements
NYS licensure and DEA required
Board certification
Working experience as an NP or PA in an inpatient setting required
Recruitment Package
Compensation range: $134,383 – $158,572 (starting total compensation, does not include productivity bonuses, incentives, or other cash compensation)
Starting bonus
Excellent benefits, including health, vision, dental insurance; retirement savings program with employer match
Paid malpractice, including post‑SPHP employment tail coverage
CME allowance and time
Paid time away from practice
