Description of Position
Join one of Massachusetts’ leading Behavioral Health Community Partner programs,
supporting care coordination for thousands of MassHealth members while gaining firsthand experience in how innovative behavioral health systems operate. Play a key role in
client enrollment and eligibility workflows,
learning the end-to-end process of how members enter and move through a statewide care coordination program. Provide
on-site and remote IT and systems support
for eHana, PCC, and other clinical platforms—an opportunity to strengthen technical, problem-solving, and healthcare technology skills in a real-world health care setting. Build valuable data skills by
managing member data, generating operational reports, and ensuring data integrity,
while working closely with experienced program leaders in a high-performing care coordination environment. Responsibilities Include
Assist with technological issues with and CCBC technology (remote server, email, Shared drives, etc.) Coordinate with CCBC IT for issues requiring additional support. Support Data and Enrollment manager with duties related to referral assignment, enrollment, data coordination, and On-boarding new staff Be able to support staff and supervisors with this on-site and remotely (zoom) Generate and schedule multiple recurring weekly/periodic management reports from the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to meet cyclical needs of multiple managers. Demonstrate strong basic spreadsheet skills (e.g., using Microsoft Excel) for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation of information. Interpret management reporting needs and translate these requirements into effective report designs within the EHR or through data extraction and spreadsheet manipulation. Work collaboratively with various department managers to fulfill their reporting requirements accurately and on schedule. Experience with Power BI is desired but not necessary; candidates should possess a strong desire to learn about the platform within a mentored environment. Ensure data accuracy and integrity when downloading, manipulating, and reporting information from source systems into final report format Qualifications
