Senior Project Manager – Architecture - Large-Scale Data Center & Mission Critical (Hybrid)
We're partnering with a global design firm ranked among the top in the industry. The firm has a diverse portfolio and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Mission Critical team – designing data centers, advanced manufacturing, and high‑tech facilities. This firm provides global resources with a local feel and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary client partner across multiple concurrent projects, building trusted relationships through results and reliability
Lead teams through every phase—from concept and design through construction and post‑occupancy
Lead and mentor project managers and cross‑disciplinary teams to achieve design excellence and technical precision
Oversee budgets, schedules, and performance standards to ensure quality and profitability
Drive best practices in sustainability, documentation, and process improvement
What We’re Looking For
15+ years of architectural experience leading large, complex projects
Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing registration)
Advanced knowledge of construction, building systems, and QA/QC processes
Strong communicator and mentor who leads with collaboration and accountability
Experience in data center, advanced manufacturing, or mission‑critical project types preferred
