General Manager

The General Manager will serve as the senior on-site leader for the St. Paul plant, with full responsibility for daily operations including production, quality, scheduling, customer service and facility management. This hands‑on leader will act as a change agent, building structure, developing people and improving finishing, color‑matching and quality processes. The role will drive cultural and operational transformation through Lean/5S, clear KPIs and EOS metrics, while reducing reliance on temporary labor, improving on‑time delivery, executing CAPEX initiatives and partnering closely with corporate teams to support long‑term growth and customer satisfaction.
