ECVC Associate Attorney - Midlevel
Salary Range:
$310,000 to $390,000
About the Opportunity Candidates must have a
minimum of four years of experience , preferably at a comparable law firm and preferably experience in advising clients on venture financings, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy relating to AI, Web3, blockchain, crypto, metaverse, and other frontier technologies.
Candidates must also have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
