Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and related legal documents, including MSAs, reseller agreements, and non‑disclosure agreements.

Assess solicitations/RFPs/RFQs for compliance with TSFO and T‑Mobile policies and provide contract support throughout the contract lifecycle.

Serve as the embedded legal subject‑matter expert on Go To Market teams, ensuring contracts and product development align with legal and governmental requirements.

Oversee SOW/PWS reviews, ensuring consistency with contract obligations and corporate policies.

Coordinate preparation and filing of standard federal contracting forms.

Administer new contract awards and review modifications or amendments for accuracy and alignment with company policies.

Maintain accurate contract records in the company’s Contract Lifecycle Management system.

Act as a customer‑facing contact for contract negotiations.

Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

US citizenship required.

Active security clearance or the ability to obtain one.

A U.S. law degree and admission to at least one state bar.

4–7 years of federal government contracting experience as a government attorney, in‑house counsel, or law firm attorney.

Expertise in federal government contracts law, including FAR, DFARS, and other procurement statutes and regulations.

Experience with major GSA, DoD, and other federal contract vehicles preferred; familiarity with FISMA/NIST cybersecurity compliance and Section 508 accessibility compliance ideal.

Familiarity with FOCI‑mitigation and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) desired.

Minimum Requirements

At least 18 years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

High School Diploma or GED.

Juris Doctor or equivalent.

Completion of pre‑employment background and drug screening.

Employment may be contingent upon retaining or obtaining a security clearance.

Location & Travel This position is located in T‑Mobile’s Herndon, VA office and requires physical presence on site with regular local travel to the Washington, DC metro area.

Compensation Base Pay Range: $123,200 – $222,200. Corporate Bonus Target: 15% of base salary. Actual pay depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
